How Does it Work?

Upon purchasing, you will receive two emails from us - the first with a purchase confirmation, the second with a link to our Design Style Questionnaire. Upon submitting your completed questionnaire, we request a 2-week turnaround time to produce your Inspiration Box. Once completed, we will send you a shipping & tracking confirmation by email.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

At this time we are only shipping our Inspiration Boxes to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States (including Puerto Rico). We are actively working to broaden our reach internationally, so please be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to stay in the know.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

All boxes are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. FedEx SmartPost utilizes the US Postal Service to make final delivery of your package.

Please note: your box will be dropped off at your doorstep or delivered to your PO Box without signature confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. If signature on delivery is absolutely necessary, please email our support team at support@lizgaffneydesign.com.

Any packages returned to us may require an additional fee to resend. If a package is returned to us we will contact the original purchaser before attempting to resend it again. If we aren’t able to make contact with the original purchaser within 30 days of initial attempted delivery, the purchase will be forfeited and the contents of the box will be repurposed.

Damaged Pieces

We carefully inspect every box and take the utmost care to package them meticulously to avoid any damages. However, if something has been damaged, please reach out to our support team at support@lizgaffneydesign.com and we will work with you to find a suitable remedy to the situation.

Please note, we do not guarantee our ability to replicate the exact same piece as received, due to the customized nature of each box, it is often we source pieces that are one-of-a-kind.

Is This a Subscription-Based Offering?

No. You will only be charged once. We have purposely structured this to not be a subscription-based offering, because we believe they hold more meaning and uniqueness when they’re entirely customized to your specific needs and wants at the time of purchase. We put so much effort and care into each of them and we want you to truly feel it. That said, we welcome you to purchase as many as you want, as often as you’d like! Each will be thoughtfully customized to your questionnaire.

What if I’m Not Happy?

We do our very best to not only meet expectations, but exceed them. We put our utmost thought and care into everything we produce, and we strive for every client’s full satisfaction. In the event you are not satisfied, please reach out to our support team at support@lizgaffneydesign.com, but due to the custom nature of our design work, all sales are final and we are unable to offer any exception to that policy.
